Raphael is a seasoned FinTech leader and investment banker with a proven track record of advising and scaling businesses. He has successfully executed transactions exceeding US$25bn at Nomura and BNP Paribas.

As Executive Director at Nomura, Raphael led the FinTech Investment Banking practice in Asia. His portfolio spans high-profile M&A, IPOs, Private Placements and Financing for corporates and private equity funds.

He also gained substantial operational experience through Corporate Development & Strategy leadership roles for FinTech players. Most recently as Chief Strategy & Business Officer for the largest stablecoin issuer in Asia. Raphael holds a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School in France, China and the US.
